The work of Nordh Consulting is characterized by high quality standards and a code of conduct, which we feel obligated to act within.
We handle all jobs with expertize, deep industry knowledge and strong customer orientation – within the fixed time frame. We ensure maximum transparency in communication and also encourage our clients and candidates to do the same.
Openness, integrity and trust
We are impartial and objective in our assessment, taking relevant facts into account.
We treat all information we receive from clients and candidates with the utmost discretion and exclude any form of cheating or misleading from the outset.
We are, and will always be loyal, to protect the interests of our clients and candidates – we also have clients disclose potential conflicts of interest prior to starting the process.
We focus on an objective assessment of all candidates in terms of equal opportunities.
